Photo from 2020Five winters unfinished
The shell in Tuzdybastau went up in summer 2015. In spring 2020 we came back and filmed it: the walls stand exactly as we left them. In 2023 it was still there.

VELOX KZ — since 2014
House-museum in Aralsk, 210 m²: turnkey, finishing included, in 47 working days.
Our main direction
We build VELOX homes with no connection to centralised utility networks: power, heat, water and wastewater treatment are provided within the site boundary, so we can build where there are no networks. The first community, Gorodok, is already under way.
Solar panels on the roof and facade, battery storage, a reserve source for winter
Heat pumps instead of gas, a warm monolithic building envelope
Own well and water treatment based on on-site water analysis
Biological treatment on site; treated water is used for irrigation
Each home is run by a single building management system with a mobile app. TUTO is a registered trademark in Kazakhstan.
7 buildings with VELOX technology, 2,430 m². All timeframes are in working days.
Also: Kyzylorda — house, 450 m²; Almaty — house, 160 m².

VELOX
Permanent formwork made of wood-chip cement boards. Concrete is poured inside; the boards stay in the wall and act as insulation.
Built by other construction companies using the VELOX system: St Petersburg, Leningrad and Moscow regions.
In Austria, where the system was born, it is used for residential quarters and apartment buildings.

FAQ
VELOX KZ has been operating since 2014. Seven buildings have been built in Kazakhstan using VELOX technology.
Walls are assembled from formwork panels and filled with reinforced concrete. The panels are not removed: they stay as part of the wall. The result is a monolithic house.
Structures are designed for magnitude 9 seismic loads.
We give timelines in working days once your house has been estimated. Example: the house-museum in Aralsk, 210 m², was handed over turnkey with finishing in 47 working days.
The cost depends on the floor area, location and design, so we do not publish general prices. Send us the floor area and location and we will reply with an estimate and timeline based on our projects.
Yes, this is our main direction — TUTO: own solar generation with storage, heat pumps, a private well and biological treatment with no wastewater discharge.
Send the floor area and location via WhatsApp or to sergey@tutooffgrid.com. We will reply with an estimate and timeline.
Tell us the floor area and location — we will send a quote and timeline based on our projects.
